Lots of DMCA Complaints? Do I Need to Worry?

Hello Everyone,

We are running a forums, In recent months we have recieved lots of DMCA complaints aganist our forums, Can you please guide me we have deleted all the content for which we recived DMCA complaints. Do I need to fill the content removal form to Google regarding the content deleted ? Or Google will automatically detect the content has been deleted from the site. Our New registered members have copied the content and replied in the discussion. We have taken a strict aganist and we have banned them permanently from our forums.

I have clear DMCA instructions for people who allege their content has been reproduced on our forums without their permission. They can send them via email, fax or post. We respond within 2 business days with a yes, no or a 'please provide us with more information'.

Every time we've removed a thread or post, there was never any issue except for pesky 404 errors in WMT just as many other pages which were removed.

We received 8 dmca complaints in 10 days time
We have 18000 discussions/articles on our forum

I have already filled the Content Removal form and notified to google as well, but it have been 3 months.
