How to track down unwanted redirect from Blogspot?

Someone, not sure who, created a site on Blogspot using my Companies name (company.blogspot.com) and placed a re-direct to my website www.company.com.

How do I find out who did this?

Is this going to hurt my SEO rankings?

If your company has trademarked its name, I'd think a straightforward complaint from a lawyer to Blogspot should do the job (of course, IANAL). After all, ownership and responsibility does fall to Blogspot, not the nameless blogger.

If the business doesn't have trademark protection then things could get stickier, but I'd still say take the fight to Blogspot rather than trying to penetrate the anonymity of the blogger.
