Website Indexation Issue. :(

Website is old but couldn't index letest pages

Hello Ever buddy..,

I have website indexation issue with my website, where as my website is old one but when and I have updated tags recently but still it shows old tags when I use

site:example.com

Even though I have submitted to index through webmaster tool but still having same problem.

Please help me

your change won't be indexed until some time after the URL has been crawled.
have you checked your server error logs to see if the URLs with updated content have been crawled by googlebot?

you could try "fetch as google" in GWT and then "submit to index".
