Google + and SEO

I was wondering if google + is already live in terms of SEO and ranking ?

By the way does google also take into account twitter and facebook or no for its author rank patent ?

In terms of ranking? Not sure. At most minor (not counting the benefits of authorship).

In terms of URL discovery and indexing? It seems so based on some pretty good test data people were showing at Pubcon.

What ever we share in G+, it is indexed by Google for search results and it may bring traffic so can't ignore G+ for SEO and benefit is authorship
