When I logged into WMT today, I could no longer find the link to display the +1 activity. Is anybody else seeing this ?

I can't find the +1 activity either now that you mention it. The page speed section was deprecated a few weeks ago too.
About a month ago my crawl rate, as reported by GWT, was cut in half and a new section of my site has not been indexed at all despite being live for over 10 days now. Logs show that bing has visited the pages but no googlebot.
Something, she is a changing. Excuse me while I go add another redundant source of tracking to my site.

D'you suppose they will ever divulge what proportion of wmt users ever signed on to +1 ?
