Add domain name to title or not?

Why would you not add your domain name/company name to your title?

I have it in every title e.g. keyword1 | keyword2 | keyword3 | domain/company name.

Is your domain name the same as your company name?

Yes, my domain name is the same like company name so I added it as "Title - MyDomain.com"

I just wanted to check is that good for SEO or not because if someone search for my domain name he'll find my page on the first place.
I suppose that adding domain name to title is more branding related
