Would URL keywords matching h1 & title trigger downgrade?

I have a quick question regarding ranking degrade.

If my URL look something like these, “/(company-name)-(model-number)-(product-type).html”, and and meta title tag also match the URL keywords exactly, do you think this would trigger ranking downgrade?

If you changed to this configuration AFTER the page was already published and crawled, yes, I've seen that cause a ranking devaluation as an immediate response. Sometimes that ranking can come back in a few weeks, however.

But if the URL was published with the keyword in the title element, H1, and URL from the beginning, it's unlikely to be a problem at all. Many Content Management Systems I've seen are configured that way.
