Internal Duplication Within Reason; Will Panda Eat Me?

I had two sites eaten by Panda. They never quite recovered. So I'm completely Panda-phobic these days.

I am creating a new site that so far has outstanding metrics compared to anything I have ever done. Users love the content and the navigation.

The only problem I foresee is that I repeat the use of Words on all pages. This is exactly with users in mind. This niche understands certain wording and appreciates it. For example:

Page 1 has sub-directories pages:
a. Page 1 purple
b. Page 1 blue
c. Page 1 red
d. Page 1 yellow

Page 2 has sub-directories pages:
a. Page 2 purple
b. Page 2 blue
c. Page 2 red
d. Page 2 yellow

This repeats on all 1,200 html pages.

Am I setting my self up for a Panda attack?

Hello Pjman,
I have good news for you. As Matt Cutts said, Panda has nothing about duplicate content. (see this hangout with Matt [goo.gl...] )
I think that if your users are happy with your site, you haven't to worry about panda, on this aspect.
