harshamaitra - Welcome to WebmasterWorld.

Generally this kind of thing comes back by itself, assuming that those linking to you did not drop their links because they were broken... but it can take a while, depending in part on how good your inbound links are, and what part of its many indexing cycles Google was in when your site went live.

It's good that Google responds to the domain name. Just taking a guess, here... it may be that Google hasn't had time to rebuild all the layers of the index that would be necessary to show both the domain name combined with a query.

How long has it been since your site has gone live again?

Also, one question to ask... when you say your domain was locked, was there any lapse with the registrar, or was this just a server issue? Lapse of ownership is the one thing that might hurt you here.

Keep checking your logs for visits from Google's crawler, check the current "last time" that it accessed your site ( if you have your previous logs ? )..then check in SERPS for the cache ( if you allow caching ? ) this will tell you how "up to date" Google is for each page..unfortunately they do not always crawl all pages at once..so some pages may "come back sooner".if you see that Google cache is showing a very recent crawl date for a page for which you previously did well in SERPs..and for which your are not found now ..or you are doing very badly compared to befeore ..then is the time to begin thinking what remedial action you could take..

But for now ..you must be patient...being "uncrawlable " for few days doesn't normally harm you , longer periods of "uncrawlability can harm, they often do..but if it has only been a short time since your domain became crawlable again..wait until you see they have crawled your pages..and then give it a week or 15 days before worrying..because you may not have to worry ..
