Search queries - Impressions, clicks, and CTR WILDLY INFLATED by 10 times and more (from outer space!)

That was just a small part of the original post but the question was never discussed. Looking at my GWT stats and comparing them to Google Analytics I see GWT inflating impressions and clicks by a factor of about 12. Any ideas why?

Here's one possibility. Google Analytics does a lot of filtering of the raw data - eliminating things like bot traffic and other nuisance numbers. In my experience, Webmaster Tools data is a lot more raw, and frequently seems to turn buggy, too.

In addition, Google Analytics is taken from traffic that goes through your server, but only pages that you've tagged, and pages where the js beacon actually functions all the way on that particular hit.
