Hello All,
Please any one can help me. we are web design and development company, So before Google penguin update we use to add our company link in the footer of client website, From one of our client website Google Webmaster Console showed over 15000 inbound link, But we removed the link completely from that particular client and added no-follow to the rest of clients websites with branded anchor text, Problem is we removed link from that particular client that showing over 15000 inbound links 2 week before, but Webmaster link profile still not updated, I think Google should update those inbound links. Or is there any other way to get Google webmaster update, Please share.

Even if a link has a nofolow tag, Webmaster Tools still may show it in their lists. So don't expect those to necessarily be removed from the lists. Also, it usually takes some time, often more than 2 weeks, for Webmaster Tools to catch up with changes. In any case the algorithm doesn't use Webmaster Tools data for its calculations.

If your site was hit by Penguin, you will probably have to wait for the next Penguin re-run to see the effect of your changes on your Google rankings and traffic.

I was convinced of that also but now I am not so certain. I have heard of some coming out - very few, granted, but it makes more sense to drift out after the problem is fixed rather than an update letting a site out. Is the the general consensus that the re-run will let the sites out that have fixed the issues?

I've seen at least a couple cases where overoptimized anchors on IBL's were the problem, and they did not have to wait for a re-run to recover at least in some degree.

Google just doesn't show accurate data. I don't rely on the list of links they show us in Google Webmaster Tools.

To get more accurate link data, you need to use something like Majestic SEO or ahrefs.
