My subpage with company name doesn't appear 1st

Hello,

Let's say I have a subpage green widget and on google I type my company name abc and the word green widget I expect to find my webpage talking about green widget ranked first !

However, I just did that and don't find my subpage rank first there are other pages that rank ahead of me that talk about me or where I have links... is that normal

What does it mean ?

I'd say that is a sign that, possibly at least, your site has a penalty or at least is considered very weak in authority/trust.
