I've started seeing a spike today in referrers from plus.url.google.com anyone else getting this? Perhaps a change in how search results are being delivered?

When you say that this traffic is coming from GooglePlus, do you mean that it's coming from one particlar GooglePlus page? If so, what's on that page?

No, just from the Google plus domain. It's very strange.

When I have seen that in the past it was because someone shared a page on our site through Google+. So people were coming from the link on their Google+ page to our site.
