Could my analytics service affect rankings?

Without naming my analytics program, I will say it is a paid service, one that I have used for 10 years. Today, when I went to the analytics page to sign in, Webroot gave me a malicious website warning. I do see that website listed on the MVPS HOSTS file. My concern is that the tracking code on my site may be doing harm to my rankings in the search engines (I guess in the same way we can link to bad neighborhoods). On the other hand, maybe this is just a cookie warning, and otherwise harmless?

My first thought that any service that's been around for ten years or more has got to have some trust and credibility going for it. My assumption would be that as long as the user is not getting a warning when they load YOUR page, things are fine between Google and your pages.

Have you seen any changes in your rankings that made you suspect a problem?
