Google Asking for Feedback on SERPs with pop-up?

Never seen this before: [bit.ly...]

I live in Phoenix, and working on Firefox that isn't tracking history and I was NOT signed in to Google. I'm sorry I did not screenshot the thank you screen once I submitted my feedback. I think it's real - it said 'Thank You Google'.

If it were fake I doubt they would be so cordial ;) What do you think?

It does look like something Google would do - although I haven't seen it myself. Then again, I rarely search using Firefox.
