Exact Keyword Position for other regions?

I do optimization for my own site on Google India and dot com. I can find the exact position of my keyword on SERP for google india directly. But for google US region how can we do that? By checking directly on google dot com? else checking position on any proxy servers? I found unique results on proxy servers. I Have tried on google dot com/ncr also. But still it shows google dot com position alone. Can anyone share the idea of finding my keyword position for different regions?

Try using the Adwords Preview tool - it allows you to set the location down to the city level:
[adwords.google.com...]

For large cities there can also be some variation within the city itself. but only for highly localized searches - and it doesn't sound like that would be of concern to your situation.
