No ranking for the 2 main keywords on google

I noticed yesterday that I dont rank anywhere for my main keywords, but which did not have that good ranking anyway be cause of Panda. Also several other internal pages has suffered 2-3 pages down the rankings. Im really not sure what has happen, but I also think maybe google has build in a 2-3% shuffle into the rankings so that some sites rank good on pure luck to confuse seos, I think that theory sounds interesting :)

Well re-inclusion or contacting google is out of the question, that just makes things worse, I almost think the best solution is building a new site.

certainly think a random/arbitary/ever changing target is there by design for the smaller non-brand sites for the reason you allude, if its truly random or ever changing then how can you reverse engineer it. Since it targets sites google doesnt care about they figure let the dog chase its tail forever rather than chase its prey and google no longer needs clever anti-seo algorithms that never worked for the real spammers anyway. The collateral is huge but google have spent years weaning its users off of expectations of organic serps and have been slowly winding up sending them to paid listings and their own products. So unless the collateral is some huge heavyweight or something that gets mentioned in the media they arent bothered. And if its the former they hand edit the sites back in.
