Even Homer nods. My current favorite is Apache's link "Mapping URLs to the filesystem" on the mod_alias page [httpd.apache.org].* If even Apache can't get it right, why should mere mortals like you, me and google be any better? :)

No. I haven't found it.

It seems like almost every day, someone moves a button around or changes the line widths or graph contrast but the "big errors" such as content in the wrong language or broken links take many weeks to be fixed.

In Crawl Errors, there's no data for April 11th for example.
