Penguin - are their industry trends?

Hi All

Has anyone noticed trends in industries hit by Penguin?
For me most of my Financial service sector site have been hit, But other site Ive done with the aint?
Could version 1 of Penguin be hitting known industries where SEO tactics are used/abused heavily?

Just my thoughts..

I don't think Google necessarily singled out specific industries - if they just singled out specific practices, that would naturally affect more sites in industries where that kind of abuse was common. So it's more like "correlation, not causation" - you know?
