Panda - templates, internal links, and keeping pages unique?

Every page has to be unique.
Can you still use templates on your website ? or only use a template for your header and footer ?
How many internal links can you put in your left-sidebar or right-sidebar ?

Yes, you definitely can use templates - they only hold the content, they are not the content itself.
"How many links" is not a right question, however, if you are looking for some kind of exact formula - not for today's algorithm. Just use as many links as your visitors need and not more than that. Of the hundreds of sites I work with, the very best Google traffic sites use well under 100 links on almost all pages. Go higher if you really need to to serve your visitors, but keep an eye on whether they actually get clicks or not.
