What percentage of duplicate content does Google accept?

I am working for shopping website having lot's of products which are same for different categories. For example, take "Brand Name, Product Name, Model Number" This product showing in:
Top Selling Category
Product Type Category
Brand Name Category
More Specific Category and many more...

So i would like to know does product description count as a duplicate content because more than 10 targeted pages having almost same products..And my unique content is less than product description content.

Just like to know the percentage and how to count content(from text version of cache)

Hello amitg, and welcome to the forums.

This is a very common kind of "duplication" and in my experience,Google does a decent job with not causing problems for sites with this kind of structure. As a general rule, their algorithms are pretty good at choosing what URLs to rank for different queries and also at NOT throwing any dumb penalties at a site for this natural kind of duplication.

So unless you really are seeing a ranking problem, I'd say relax concerns in this area. You may also appreciate this historical thread:
