I am a newbie here and I see on occasion where a poster says, "I sent it into Google", but how are you guys doing this? I can't seem to find anyway to communicate with them? I assume you mean the G WMT department....right? May I enquire how you go about this? I have spent all our resources the last few days trying to figure what has happened to all our keywords on G and I cannot see any clear cut method to communicate with them? I would appreciate any information you can supply on this.

Thanks for your feedback,

PS- I hate to push it here, but do any of you veterans know how to log into the "supporters forum"? I seem to be going in a circle. It tells me to log in, I log in, I click a supporter forum and tells me to log in. I then repeat the process over and over, but to no avail. (Yes, I bought a 6 month membership and I also sent in a support request)

If you're contacting in Google about unusually poor performance or possible penalties, then the form is at:

[google.com...]

That's really the only method in Webmaster Tools, but then people don't seem to really contact Google unless their performance is poor ;)

On your login problem, don't want to send you round the houses, but the WebmasterWorld Community Center [webmasterworld.com] is the best place to ask. If it's a new subscription, from memory I think they need to be activated manually.
