XML sitemap VS. html sitemap. Should I do both?

Hi...

As everyone knows that we all should have the XML sitemap for our website and submit to Google for indexing purpose.

However, I still have the old school HTML sitemap on my site as well. But since the site has been increased in size and page number, so it becomes hard to maintain this HTML sitemap.

I'm about to re-structure all links in it but I have a question that since I already have the XML sitemap submitted in Webmaster tool, should I still need to keep this HTML sitemap on site?

Anyone knows about this? Should I keep it or not?

Thanks in advance...

I think, if your website is paginated and the content moves along pages as you add new ones, it's a good idea to have an ascending list of your content (your HTML sitemap) that has (never-changing) links to your inner content pages.
