When i do a Google search for my domain, Google results shows my URL as my title and not my sites title tag, and it shows my domain with Capital letters (example: www.My-Domain.com) But when searching for my keywords it does shows my title tag. Any ideas why this is occurring ?

Yes - Google today uses an algorithm that sometimes alters titles to match the query term. So if someone searches for your domain, they may show your domain as the clickable title.
