Google IPs and Reconsideration Requests

I have one site that I've submitted multiple reconsideration requests for. Each time they have told me that it violates Google's quality guidelines. Apparently it did not for the previous 10 years of top rankings, but that's another matter.

Is there any way to see which pages they visited by looking at the logs? Are there any known IP ranges to check? It would be nice if there was some way to get some clarification on what I need to fix and I can't figure anything else out.

Logs are the best source... getting a full list of ips, particularly the ip that found the "quality guideline problem" might be a little difficult.
