"Detected New Page" Message in Webmaster Tools

I've been writing about 301'ing pages off my Pandalized sites as an experiment in another thread. Today I got a message in my WebMaster Tools account saying:

The URL www.pandalized.com/page.html is no longer appearing in Google search results because our algorithms have selected www.freshsite.com/page.html instead. Please see this Help Center article for more information about this message.

So I went back and checked my 301's with LiveHttp headers again, and as long as I invoke Private Browsing to turn off cache and all that, I get back 301's every time.

Anybody else ever get a message like this?

That's a new on for me. Did you also register the new domain in WMT?

Is this possibly some sort of "scraper alert" for sites then?

did you check out the Help Center article that was referenced? If so, what did it say?

Didn't Google announce something about this a few weeks ago? - was it something similar and I didn't read the question closely enough?

Didn't register the new domain in WMT yet, that may be it. The other pages I moved were between domains that were registered underthe same WMT account, maybe that's why no message there.

Funny they just mentioned the one page, though it is the highest traffic page.
