Panda Release in Brazil, Chile, Argentina?

I saw a impressive drop on 3 different domains targeting Brazil, Chile, Argentina. There haven't been any big changes before but the traffic dropped around 20+% in these countries.

I was checking holidays, seasonality issues, but nothing in these week. Did anybody did similar issues in Brazil, Argentina or other countries?

Is Google rolling out prior Panda Versions in these countries?

I thought Panda was rolled out globally a few months ago. I have only noticed that Google Japan is pitch out pre-Panda results.

for spanish language the last Panda update was rolled out few days after it was rolled in English.

The last big change that we saw here in Brasil was on 14 oct. I dont heard nothing after that.
