Follow or Nofollow to FB/Twitter Pages - Best Practice?

I can't find a really solid answer on whether to nofollow, or follow the links to my businesses facebook and twitter pages. I've seen different sites do it differently. Or, should you follow from the homepage, and nofollow from internal pages? Does it matter? If I have a 1000 page site, and there is a 'followed' fb and twitter link from each page, will that sap any link mojo?

Adding a nofollow tag to a link used to save "link mojo", but it no longer does. A couple of years ago Google changed the way it did the page rank calculations.
