Hello,

I know we can set a country for a website in webmaster tools but i have a website which operates in only 6 Gulf Countries. Is there a way to set the location for only those 6 Countries and not for the whole world?

Thanks

Welcome to the forums, bilalashraf.

There's no way I know of to set more than one country for a single "website". If you have a .com (or any other generic top level domain) you could set up individual directories (or subdomains) and register each one as a separate "website" in webmaster tools. Then you can target each one for a specific individual country. This would also allow you to customize or tailor each website for its intended country.

And no, this is not the kind of duplicate content that causes problems.

Ted, I tried registering directories as separate 'websites' and WMT did not let me do it. I think subdomains is the way to go about this.

yes zerillos I confirm that you can register more than one subdomain to GWT and then set different geographic zone for each.
