Verified site in Webmaster Tools doesn't show up in change of address

I own widgets.com and widget.com

Both are verified in Webmaster Tools, but when I do change of address for widgets.com to point it to widget.com it doesn't appear in the drop down list.

I've tried removing then re-adding the site - no luck.

Any tips?
