Is this contents spamming?

My each article is optimized on 2 main keywords and contains 2 back links to my site. I am publishing an article on 50 sites ( blogs + articles + press release sites) and then bookmarking URLs. I do believe it is more valuable than submitting URLs directory links which might have a high PR.

Any comment please if i am not doing contents spamming.

If nothing else, you've diluted the content value across 50 sites (1 divided by 50). Might create a "duplicate content" flag. Might tick off site owners (blogs/articles/press release sites) for lack of exclusitivity. Might create no problems at all.

Me? I wouldn't spread so thin... some times "more" is the straw that breaks the camel's back.

If you are going to spam article sites with the same article, use one of your COMPETITOR'S articles, so the material on YOUR site won't get dinged.

On the other hand, there are better ways to get links...

What you are doing is definitely spam in Google's eyes. The links will eventually be devalued very quickly and you will have wasted your time.
