I have one doubt on inner linking the page.

Say example my inner page called SEO and i am linking SEO keyword on same page, is this good practice or not.

Welcome to WebmasterWorld!

Internal linking is typically a good thing. Like most good things it can be overused and abused. here are some general internal linking tips that I personally follow.

-Embed internal links inside relevant content and do not just rely on links in the header or sidebar.

-Use varied but focused anchor text. I wouldn't always use the same identical anchor text. I prefer to mix in some synonyms into the anchor text for a more natural look.

-Don't be afraid to link out from a page. Outbound links & anchor text have been known to boost rankings. Regardless of the potential ranking boost, it just makes for good usability to interlink relevant pages & interlinking means having inbound & outbound links for your pages.
