Which is better, hyphens or underscores

I know this has been discussed before, but it has been a while since I have been on WebmasterWorld.

Has it been determined which is better in a URL, hyphens or underscores:
blah-blah-blah.htm or blah_blah_Blah.htm.

Any advice is appreciated.

Matt Cutts just reconfirmed (August 5, 2011) that dashes are still better than underscores and he goes into some detail about the reasons. [youtube.com...]

Thanks tedstar. That's what I thought the consensus was, but it has been so long, I truly couldn't remember.

Never use spaces or underscores in URLs. They are both trouble.
