I like to think that, these days, Google knows what is and what isn't an affiliate link by using the data they collect from Google search-bar and Chrome. I don't think a redirect will make any difference.

Opinion seems to be split about how to best deal with affiliate links. I think it'd be better to just nofollow them.

Make a PHP file called "go.php", this will be our redirector.

You'll then call "go.php" in this way in future, the ID will depend on which link you wish to head out on:

Within "go.php", place the following:

$id = $_GET['id']

if ($id = 1) {
header('Location: http://www.some-link.com/');
} else {
if ($id = 2) {
header('Location: http://www.some-other-link.com/');

Just add/remove links are required, plus it keeps everything all SEO friendly.
