Who is t.co when they're at home? The link took me to GWT sign-in screen and then to
https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/spamreport

In other contexts I am often telling people to test links in a different browser to make sure they work as intended when entered "cold". Seems a bit coals-to-Newcastle in this case ;)

Search for it and you will know. Yes, it takes you there because only those signed in can file those reports.

ps: But who cares? I have no interest in being a gamer or spammer as I know when and against whom they will act, if at all they do.I consider most of these as promotional material for signing up to their webmaster tools account.I am already signed up and it isn't intended for me :)

Even more fun is if, even signed up, you never use their GWT because it Doesn't Work As Advertised and some of us Just Don't Drink The Kool-aide (but we do check back from time to time to see what's happening on the Kool-aide front).

Stung twice in recent years which makes me three times leery of results... but that said, there's is a kind of drive-by traffic accident fascination as regards google products these days.
