How does Google view .biz sites?

When I look through the Google Serps I see .com, org, .net, .co.uk. .org.uk sites; even the occasional .info one; but .biz is very noticeable by it's absence. So, does Google discount it, or have all the .biz domains been grabbed by spammers who have now bitten the dust? I'm interested because there are a few available which could be tasty provided that they don't tank right from birth. Anyone got any relevant thoughts or experience to share?

@superclown2
I have TWO .cctld names ranking very well in USA and they have nothing special in them. Ranking increased drastically with Panda.

I've had a .biz site since 2003. The .com domain was taken so I registered the .biz domain. I have a successful website, and never felt any discounting by google. I don't think it matters. The only important thing is optimizing for seo and writing good content, which end users will find useful.
