Nofollow links to your own FB and Twitter accounts?

I have a site with several thousand pages. I have a link to my twitter and FB account on every page.

Would there be any SEO benefit in "no following" those links?

Thanks for any input guys!

I nofollowed mine because I didn't see any benefit of passing any PR to them. I am not sure if there is any real benefit in doing it but it didn't seem like it could hurt.

If you nofollow the links the PR is just lost and wasted, might as well keep it to promote your social media pages.

@Southerncentralrain

I initial felt the same way, but I'm pretty sure @koan is right. I might give just a little boost to our FB and Twitter accounts.

Every bit counts, I guess.

I *only* worry about nofollow for affiliate links. And I link out a *lot*. Don't think it's done me any harm.

I would want Google to not only see my Social Media links, but to crawl them too.
