my site was slapped with penalty /revaluation after oct 22 update...
in April 2011, i submit reconsideration request.... few weeks ago, i got a message on WMT that reconsideration request was evaluated, but then it vanished...... no where to be found,
also the message appeared in only 1 of the 3 sub accounts that we use...
do you guys think we got the message/ reply from google by mistake? are they still evaluating us?
should we submit reconsideration again?
