The numbers are appearing on my screen... at least from data centers I'm seeing in California.

Any chance you ended up on the mobile version of their site?

don't think so. logged out, location set to United States, searching from laptop on firefox, using the usual domain. webmasterworld - Google Search: http://www.google.com/search?q=webmasterworld [google.com] still seeing no results count.
looks fine under the same circumstances using chrome.

phranque - Using basically your parameters, I see...
About 1,440,000 results (0.04 seconds)
Am using FF4 on a desktop machine running Windows XP, and I used your search link... logged out, with cookies cleared. Location is also set to United States, though I'm in northern California and I believe you're in southern California.
IE8 shows the same results count... but logged in with search history off.
