Hi,

On typing a keyword in Google my site ranking on top with few site links. In GWT their is an option of blocking these site links.

But now my question is, If I work on in internal sub category or internal page with genuine off page promotions, is their chances that respective sub category or internal page may come in site link.

What factors Google may consider for giving site links

At the moment, sitelinks are completely automated. We're always working to improve our sitelinks algorithms, and we may incorporate webmaster input in the future. There are best practices you can follow, however, to improve the quality of your sitelinks. For example, for your site's internal links, make sure you use anchor text and alt text that's informative, compact, and avoids repetition.

Basically look at your internal link structure. Make sure your important links have good placement, are placed frequently on your site and have decent anchor text.
