Reinclusion Request a month ago - no message

A month ago, I did a reinclusion request for one of our top domains. So far there has been no message at all in Webmaster Tools about this request. No message about receiving, neither about processing.

A few Webmaster World members suggest to me that the reinclusion request hasn't been received and that I should do another one. Others suggest that these requests take more time now after the Panda update.

Some details:
-strong domain name
-minus 50 penalty in October 2010 probably for interlinking with own websites (since 2002) or thin affiliate
-in the past months we have implemented a very complicated search engine. We have put about 8 man years of work in this engine.
-all interlinking has been removed half a year ago
-european country and language

Shall I do another reinclusion request? Or shall I wait? Are there other methods?

Thanks in advance

I did one 4 days ago and already have a reply. I would probably put it in again. If you were hit by panda it won't do anything anyway.

Yeah, but shouldn't they at least get a reply saying that there is no manual penalty on applied to their site?

webfox, probably got lost in the system.
Now I think they are sending automated ones if there's no penalty. It makes sense not to waste to check the site manually if there's no penalty.

In October we saw another round of 'Mayday Update' targeting 'shallow content' for long tails.

But the -50 is probably a link thing so try another request, worst case scenario you find out the truth
