Same image, different URLs - is this duplicate content?

I was wondering if an image served from multiple URLs on the same domain could be considered duplicate content.

Let's say i serve image.jpg from:

example.com/image.jpg
subdomain.example.com/image.jpg
example.com/dir/image.jpg

Could image.jpg be considered duplicate content?

thanks!

I don't see how they could be considered "duplicate content" by the ranking algorithm - not in any negative scoring sense. For example, that's a common situation for the logo image on any business website.
