New look for top definition result in Google SERPS?

Noticed this just yesterday (so, not sure how long its been like this) but thought it was interesting:

I wonder how much less traffic the top result gets now that its title isn't blue or underlined... Ouch.

Hello itssteph, and welcome to the forums.

Interesting observation. That "definition result" offers alternate four choices in one "position", but the main, unlinked result is actually reproduced right in the SERP. In this case, it's a word search function result from princeton.edu - not sure how much they care about the direct traffic.

That is Google Dictionary at work there. I cannot recall all the "triggers" but you will get the same result if you type in "define cinco de mayo"
