If you go to the DMCA submission form...

And select "web search" you'll see there is no longer an option to report a copyright violation.

It was there last week, I know because I used it. Now the closest option to it is this:

>>I have found a site that is engaging in suspicious behavior

But if you select it, it takes you to a page which does not list stolen content/copyright violations as suspicious behavior.

So basically, Google Search no longer cares if people are stealing your content, let alone if their stolen version is outranking you.

It's worth noting that the option still remains under Adsense.

They moved the copyright option under
"I have a legal issue that is not mentioned above"

Good call.

That's very weird.

"That's very weird."

Now that Goog Panda is penalizing victims of scrappers the copyright complaint reports went through the roof so Google wants you to suffer in silence and make it harder to complain. Just get over it.

Matt warned about to many content removal requests too once Google got swamped.

Yeah, it's called BING. It comes with a cool background too.
