I just did a search on www.google.de and i get completely different SERPS than from www.google.com
Can someone do some testing and confirm? (please clear cache/cookies/regional settings first)

Yes, I did too for 5 queries.
But, I'm pretty sure that's the way it always is. I monitor google.ca, google.com, and google.uk. They are always different SERP.

the interesting thing is that .de and .ca results look much better than the pure panda results.
maybe google is tweaking things?

Panda only went through English platforms (.com, .co.uk and .ca), all of .de, .fr, it, .nl were untouched!

google.de has been a weird bird for a long time, in my experience. I've heard various theories about why that's the case (German law, a good test country, etc) but it certainly seems to be true.
