Hidden text - never shown by user action

Hi guys,

one of my competitors on his pages puts a lot of text in a hidden div that is never showed on the page (there aren't any javascript link to show em)

Well: his pages are almost always in top ranks.

Can I do something? Should I report?

Your decision. Just remember that the hidden text may not be the real reason for their good rankings, and that Google rarely takes immediate action on any report.
