subdomain started with www pointed to my homepage

Hi,

my client website have many subdomains and all subdomains those started with www. are pointed to home page. e.g.

http://www.sb1.mydomain.com is pointed to http://www.mydomain.com
http://www.sb2.mydomain.com is pointed to http://www.mydomain.com
http://www.sb3.mydomain.com is pointed to http://www.mydomain.com

all above subdomains are also have PR4-PR6.

Are these pages can create trouble in future for site ranking?

Yes. This is a Duplicate Content problem. You should redirect all of those URLs to the real website URL.
