My network hit by Minus 50/60 Penality

Hey guys, I need the opinion of people who went through this same issue.

On march 10th my network of 60 blogs were all hit by this penality where all my rankings went down to pages 4, 5, 6...

When you do a search for "domain.com" its #1, but when you do a search for "domain" its in page 5...

Did someone have the issue and how long did it take you to get out of it.

I am thinking it might of been links page i have where i link to tons of sites that i exchange links with, but then some new sites with no links pages were hit too.

By the way one ecommerce site that has nothing to do with the blog network was hit 4 days ago.

I was hit last year with a -50 but was able to get out after allot of hard work backtracking my steps and submitting a recon request.

Before we can help you we need to know more details. Some common questions that come to mind are:

1) Are all of you 60 blogs hosted on the same server or c-class IP range?
2) Do you do excessive link exchanges?
3) Have any of your blogs every been hacked or have you checked it for hacked pages?
4) Are you interlinking all of your 60 blogs?

Those are just of the top of my head?

1. Exactly the issue I thought about, I am in the process of moving the sites to a new server that offer unique Class Cs/Ips, I have them all on unique IPs but yea same Class C.

2. I did link exchanges a long time, I haven't done any for the past 6-8 months.

3. I did check for hacking issue, nothing, I had malware come in but I always remove it and the message on webmaster tools goes away

4. No they are not interlinked.

Do you mean, you did link exchanges FOR a long time?

Or do you mean, you did link exchanges a long time AGO?

I don't think 6 to 8 months is all that long ago in google time.
