Have been tracking one of the keywords we've lost some ranking on, and tonight was surprised to see this was now the #1 result for the term:

-- #1 result in SERPS for the name of widget--
<name of widget>

Were #nameofwidget ever made for what widget goes on? I have one and I would like to get a bayonet for it. I sometimes see them in pictures but I'm not ...
--end of result--

I've censored the result to hopefully keep within guidelines, but this "quality" update from Google put as #1 for the result a site its own systems identify as having malware.

Has anyone else seen this type of activity since the PANDA/FARMER rollout? I've never seen a #1 ranking for a malware site pre-Panda.

They might be testing how people would react with the warning as they switched-on the hide result option - [googleblog.blogspot.com...] ;)
