Hi guys,

Here the situation: recently I have added many pages to my web site (10.000+).

Since that (2-3 months) Google is constantly crawling my website with an incredbile speed. (10pages/minute)

Problem is: even if google got those pages I am not seeing any traffic increase (maybe only some low drops)

Should I worry?

(note: i don't care about the load/bandwidth, that's not an issue for me)

Rather than look at the googlebot requests, have you watched your indexed pages numbers? The asite: operator number can give you a rough (sometimes very rough) idea. More insight on how pages are indexed can be had if you have a Webmaster Tools account and submit an xml sitemap.

And when it comes to ranking, Webmaster Tools will give you data on how often a page of yours gets an impression in the search results, even if no one clicks on it. So what I'm urgin youto do is to focus on other areas of the 3-part process: crawl > index > rank

The deal is that crawling a page means absolutely nothing about whether it will be indexed, or even further, whether it will rank for any particular search.

thank tedster. If i do site: I can see +5000 pages indexed.

But still 0 increase lol. :(

For the rank part it's pretty hard to check the rank of those pages becasue they could cover thousands of keys (always relayed to my website topic FYI)
